How does AoC use personally identifiable information about me?
The personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us will be used to process your information request, and may be used to identify you within our systems. We may use your email address or telephone number to contact you if we have any queries regarding your request We may also use your email address to notify you about new services or special promotional programs, or send you offers or information upon your request. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 2003) - 'We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (SPAM).'
With whom might AoC share personally identifiable information about me?
We will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to others except as disclosed in this Privacy Statement or as specifically authorised by you at the time the information is collected.
We will pass all information that you voluntarily provide to us to your chosen participant provider so that they may service your information request.
We do not sell, rent, exchange or disclose any of this information with any other companies or marketing schemes.
We may share personally identifiable information with the police authorities or other entities as required by law or as we reasonably determine to be necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to combat fraud, or to enforce our terms and conditions.

If we revise our Privacy Statement, you may decline to permit us to use your personally identifiable information under the new policy by notifying us as described above.
How can I access or update information about myself?
It is important that our databases are accurate and up-to-date. If you become aware of any discrepancies then please login to our client administration system and update your records accordingly. If you do not know how to do this then please get in touch with us.
How is my personally identifiable information protected?
We have implemented numerous safeguards to reasonably and adequately protect personally identifiable information. Our databases are protected by physical, technical, and procedural measures that restrict information access to non-authorised persons in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the Data Protection Act 1998. Our information systems are maintained in a private network behind a firewall to isolate them from access by other networks connected to the Internet. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
